YES! Hospitality Teams
Yes! works with certain "hospitality teams". These teams are carefully selected on a custom base for your specific requests. You provide us with the requested amount you require for your project, which requirements these employees have to meet and Yes! will combine (out of our own file!) a group of employees in a fitting "Hospitality Team"!
During large events (starting from 8 employes, or after consultation) Yes! will always provide the team with a project supervisor. This supervisor has to be the person you can turn to at all times. The projectsupervisor will lead up the other employees and has been selected upon experience, knowledge and skills by Yes!
Departure from the office
All of our employees will gather at the office for a final check-up and broefing before they will go to a project.
Clothing
Yes! has purchased a standard outfit for all employees. This outfit is on loan for all employees, which means that every one is responsible for his/her own working clothes. Our employees will put their working clothes on after they have arrived on the project. The projectsupervisors will have additional clothing with them, just in case. During a project there can always go something wrong and this way clothing can be changed quickly.
Our aces are besides the standard outfit also equiped with a pen, a lighter and a bottle opener.
Hour registration
Concerning your and our administration Yes! uses so called working lists. These lists will be filled-in by our projectsupervisor and signed by all employees after the project. On these lists the time every individual has started will be written down, if applicable breaks and the time of ending. The total amount of hours will be written down and will be signed by every employee at the end of the project. The workinglist is always duplicated. After the project we will ask you kindly to send a fax toward our office. (preferably within 24 hours)
These lists can be provided with comments and preferences for a future project.
Reviews
Innovation and growth in quality and services. You can write down your comments on the working list at all times befor faxing it to our office. We will reflect on a regular base with our relations where there will also be the possibility to give comments on projects in the past.
Parking facilities
All employees of Yes! will travel with transportation provided by Yes! and if special parking passes are necessary, we would like to receive these passes on time.
Sickness notice
Besides every request for employees for a certain project, we will always create a back-up lists. This way we can prevent certain problems from happening, like for example a sickness notice.
